The power transformation and distribution department works in conjunction with the previous two areas in order to offer complete solutions for rail traction system projects.

This department handles engineering, assembly and maintenance of:

  • Transformation centers.
  • Power distribution.
  • Lighting.

Electrén has played an active role in the power distribution and ventilation projects involved in the refurbishment and expansion of Metro de Madrid and ADIF stations.
